*Ashley Supple*

We've got a handful of questions for Ashley in regards to accomplishing her challenges and continued success:

LOC: How long have you been practicing yoga?

Ashley: A little over a year.

LOC: What brings you to Lifestyles of Choice Hot Yoga?

Ashley: The atmosphere of the studio and my fellow yogi's. Also, practicing in a heated environment helps me to get further into my poses.

LOC: Did you set any goals to achieve the 20, 30, & 60 day challenges?

Ashley: Yes! I set my goal at the beginning of April to do the 30 day challenge and pushed through any and all adversities necessary!

LOC: What has kept you focused along the way?

Ashley: I wanted to achieve my goal, as well as further my practice. And yoga just makes you feel good!

LOC: Are there any tips you'd like to share with your fellow yogi's to encourage them to set goals for their 20, 30, & 60 day challenges?

Ashley: Set a plan at the beginning of each week and keep track of your classes. Invite a friend or make new ones at the studio! After all, everyone at the studio is very supportive and motivating!
